The Green Energy Sardinia, special purpose company of the Fri El Green Energy Group, has commissioned Impresa Manca to build the Villacidro Wind Farm in the industrial area
The park included the installation of 14 wind turbines produced by Vestas 2.2 MW
The scope of the work entrusted to Manca included the creation of:
- Fourteen foundations for the wind turbines with direct foundation with a diameter of 20 m and with a volume of concrete placed varying from 700 m3 and steel of around 100 tons per foundation
- assembly pitches of over 3500 m2. to allow Vestas to install the components
- access roads to wind turbine
- laying connection cables, bare rope and fiber between the wind turbines and the Substation + under construction
- electrical substation
The work began in January 2018 and all the foundations were completed in the first ten days of July 2018
