In March 2004, we were commissioned by Ensar the project for the construction of the Ulassai Wind Farm with installation of 36 wind generators type V80 by IWT Vestas. And specifically, the following Works: materials storage area, building named Multipurpose; civil works related to the substation; electrical substation basements; cable ducts; temporary pitches for the assembly of the aerogenerators; reinforced concrete structures for the tower basements; embankment for the yielding substation area and GRTN area. 

Specifically, we were also in charge of: qualification of the concrete mixing plant that supplied us with all the concretes for the construction of the structural artifacts; study of the mixtures to ensure the required strengths; scheduling of work activities; Control and Quality plans on both design and work execution activities; and monitoring of the materials procured.

All materials and equipment used in the electrical installations correspond to CEI Standards and are suitable for the environment in which they are installed, thus resisting mechanical, corrosive, thermal actions and humid conditions.

Upon completion of the Work, we provided the Client with all the documentation properly bound. We are talking about: final functional diagrams (switchboard diagrams, cable routing); layout of the entire external and internal system; technical documentation related to the installed equipment; instruction manual related to the operation and maintenance of the equipment; list of materials used with relevant certifications; sizing of the backbone line cables; 46/90 declaration and the declarations certifying the outcome of the tests such as measurement of the earth resistance; continuity of protective conductors and equipotential conductors; insulation resistance; intervention of differential protection devices.
