In February 2019, we were commissioned by Terna Rete Italia a project for the construction of civil works of the Selegas 150kV power station in AIS (air-insulated) busbar execution and masts made using multifunction compact modules, according to the Terna unified design.  

The design was under responsibility of Terna, which provided all the necessary documents for the construction of the work, i.e., civil works; square building, plan, elevations, sections, and construction details; safety and coordination plan; earth management plan; technical specifications; and metric computation (SAP). 

As provided in the original design, the new RTN Station occupies an area of about 13,000 m2; it is bounded by an outer fence in concrete retaining walls. The entrance is made, by means of a metal leaf gate, at the Selegas-Seuni municipal road. Within the area, a 150kV section, a Command building, a MT/Wind Delivery Point building, and 7 prefabricated metal boxes for housing BT switchboards of the command and control system of the 150kV section have been installed.

The asphalt areas and the yards of the AT equipment were equipped with storm water drainage system, respecting the elevations and slopes.  

Some waste materials from the excavations were reused as materials for the construction of the station.
