In the four-year period 2014-2018, Impresa Manca participated in the construction of an oil treatment center and a LPG storage center called Tempa Rossa in Basilicata in the municipalities of Corleto and Guardia Perticara owned by Total Energies EP Italia, Mitsui E&P Italia B S.r.l. and Shell E&P Italia S.p.A,
The Main Contractor who acquired the construction of the plants using the EPC formula was Maire Tecnimont, an engineering company based in Milan and La Manca has created for them:
- Civil works in the area called M and consisting in the construction of the following works:
- Electrical substation called SS1 explosion resistant
- Building called FWB intended for the pumping system of the plant fire-fighting network
- Electrical substation called SS2 explosion resistant
- Civil works in the area called LPG and consisting in the construction of the following works:
- Electrical Substation in LPG Area resistant to explosions and technical building
- Building called FWB intended for the pumping system of the fire prevention network in the LPG area
- With the EPC formula, la Manca has also built the buildings in Area N of the plant by joining together in joint venture with two specialized companies in the sector. The buildings in question, which were entirely designed by Manca for the civil and structural parts, by Coemi srl for the electro-instrumental part and by Imma spa for the air conditioning systems, were destined for the logistics of the Plant as they bring together the Management and technicians, the canteen and related kitchens, maintenance workshops, warehouses and garages for fire fighting vehicles
